Not recieving email / activation code for gsx pro

Hello,
ive recently made a bank transfer to the company bank account and bought gsx pro.
i waited more than a week now and all i have gotten is and unpaid invoice email.
ive tried contacting support via gmail but no response either, i wrote 2 Emails on a Weekend though (friday and sunday) and i dont expect an immediate response, but its already tuesday and im not sure if im going to get any email, i also checked my spam folder multiple times. Perhaps there is a chance for a private chat to discuss everything and to show my payment details. I would be happy for any help.

The main issue is, you chose Wire Transfer, and for some reason you made 3 orders, and the payment for all of them is still pending.

This means, Fastspring hasn't received it. Because, you surely must have noticed (when you saw where you sent money), you haven't sent ANY money to FSDT! We don't process orders, we don't receive payments, you are not even on our site when you are ordering.

We can only see Fastspring hasn't received your payment, that's it. Contacting FSDT in this case is not very useful, you should contact Fastspring, which is where you sent your transfer to, assuming you did, because according to Fastspring website, you haven't.

Again, please don't reply here, because as I've said, there's no way for us to know for sure Fastspring has received your transfer. You must contact Fastspring instead, because THEY can check if THEY have received it.
