The main issue is, you chose Wire Transfer, and for some reason you made 3 orders, and the payment for all of them is still pending.
This means, Fastspring hasn't received it. Because, you surely must have noticed (when you saw where you sent money), you haven't sent ANY money to FSDT! We don't process orders, we don't receive payments, you are not even on our site when you are ordering.
We can only see Fastspring hasn't received your payment, that's it. Contacting FSDT in this case is not very useful, you should contact Fastspring, which is where you sent your transfer to, assuming you did, because according to Fastspring website, you haven't.
Again, please don't reply here, because as I've said, there's no way for us to know for sure Fastspring has received your transfer. You must contact Fastspring instead, because THEY can check if THEY have received it.
