Can't Update Chicago

FSDT Installer is showing an update available for chicago from 1.4.6 to 1.4.8, but when I run the update, it does all the things, then says the update is still available. I had the same issue with the latest GSX update as well, and using the "offline" installer worked... but I don't know where to find an offline installer for KORD.

The only way to update the scenery is through the FSDT Installer. Please clarify which versions you see.
