I upgraded to version 3.3.9, but unfortunately it didn't solve the problem. When calling any action from GSX, this message appears. The same thing is happening with Fenix.

Please don't post a picture of the dialog box, the only important thing there is the actual error log, which you are supposed to always supply when reporting a problem, because it's the only thing that can help understand the cause.

As I've said to the previous user who asked about it, the 3.3.9 update is not ready yet, and you will know it is, when you'll see the release notes out.

AND IT DID NOT SOLVE THIS PROBLEM:

Of course the problem it's solved. Your problem is completely different and doesn't have anything to do with this thread, and it's caused by using an airplane without a profile, which GSX can't work with.

What was the cause of these issues?

Wanting to give priority to users error reports before releasing new features. In this case the fix was for this problem:

Version 3.3.8 – March 18th, 2025

GSX Pro Fix: Error “acData” not defined in custom Airplane Handlers.

The plan was to wait to release 3.3.8 with the new Cargo Loaders (which required changes to the Cargo loaders code) but, because of this specific error and because the loaders are not 100% ready yet, we decided to release 3.3.8 without the loaders, but with the code changes and the fix, but the other code changes required for the new loaders weren't fully backward compatible with the old loaders, which caused by the misplaced ULDs and the error.

I can only repeat and confirm the problem IS SOLVED. If you are still getting that, it means you don't have the latest update installed so, try the update again and, if it's not fixed yet, it's because your local cloudflare node still haven't got all the latest update.

In this case, use the OFFLINE Installer linked in the Sticky thread of this post.

OK...

I can confirm you the problem is solved. This is what I made :

- Uninstall completly GSX (even if V3.3.9 was installed)
- Reinstall GSX in admin mode

And now it works.
