In the past, we used to sell on Fsplanet, Fspilotshop and Justflight, they all went bankrupt in a way or the other (and owing us and other developers lots of money, but this is another issue entirely that doesn't concerns you), but in this case, to get you a new key on our site, you must find some kind of proof of purchase, assuming you bought from these retailers.
