KDFW _ DALLAS FORT WORTH

I purchased this airport on Simmarket (Order number 3575205) and have tried to load it several times.  It does not ask for my serial number and reports it is in trial mode. It doesn't give me any scenery nor runways. What in the HE and two sticks is going on?  It is registered in the Scenery Library and is located in its reported folder. It does not register in the FSDT Installer.

Got me entirely confused.

I moved your post, because you posted it in the wrong section (General) instead of the KDFW support section.

It's of course entirely normal the scenery won't ask for a serial number, because all our products for FSX/P3D are sold in Trial version so, there wouldn't be much of a Trial if you couldn't install it without a key.

Activation can be done either in the FSDT Installer or from the Addon Manager menu in the sim. However, it's not clear that if:

- The scenery disappears after 5 minutes (per session), which is what is supposed to happen in Trial mode

- The scenery doesn't appear at all. This is not Trial mode, it's software not working.

The scenery also *requires* GSX, which of course is completely free to use there, but it's not clear from your post if you have installed it, and if yes, if it works.

Yes I have GSX and GSX Level2 (paid for) and installed. I have paid for KDFW and thanks to you for letting me know about the Add On Manager. I finally have it working. As far as the FSDT Installer goes. It's a write-off. No KIAH even though I have it in the Installer and paid for, 4 Hawaiian Airports that I got free elsewhere, and no Basle(LFSB), which was in my Add-on Manager but not working in P3Dv5 (I thought I had a freebie). I have been in Basle four times IRL. Someone will have to give me a lesson in the Installer I guess.
