Serving Meal to passengers on cruise

On cruise, I go to the passenger cabin to take a look at them and the stewardess stays beside doing nothing. Is it possible to add the stewardess serving meal to passengers on cruise with dialog as well?

It would be great to add eyes motion from passengers seated in cabin.

Unfortunately, the PMDG models don't have bathroom doors to open, so I don't mind about. But still, it is a good idea to add pax going to the bathroom anyway.
