No issues whatsoever, no need to reinstall.
However, as common with MSFS Betas, it's possible this might happen if you keep the Community folder in the default folder, sometimes it get cleared when installing the Beta. But if you move the Storage (previously called "Content" in MSFS 2020) location to a custom location, it's usually never touched by the Beta. Being always on Alphas and Betas, I always relocate the Content to prevent such issues.
In both cases, reinstalling GSX wasn't required, because we don't install anything in the Community folder other than a link, so you only had to select RELINK from the FSDT Installer, since the most the Beta could possibly remove, was the link in the Community folder, the actual GSX installation is in the Addon Manager\MSFS folder, so it can't be affected by updating the sim, only the link might be.
