Often, from AFTER the tug has connected and the brakes released, until the pushback has completed and the aircraft stopped, the tug driver instantly jumps from correctly positioned in their seat, to a few metres behind the seat ... and moves along with the tug until pushback is completed. Please note that before and after pushback the tug driver is correctly positioned in the tug seat.
I also noted recently, two / duplicated sets of ground personnel upon arrival at a small country aerodrome (apologies I can't remember which one). They were in different attire - so whether it was GSX crew and MSFS crew, or it was two sets of different GSX ground handling agents I can't be sure - but I recall the two marshallers were almost on top of each other (<1m apart).
I was flying the Black Square Turbine Duke, although I feel I have experienced the same thing from time to time also from the Fenix A320.
