GSX Options - Where?

How do I get to the main options menu? I thought it was setup in-game but I can't seem to locate it.. the menu where I set fuel laoding speed, follow me car settings etc

You open the GSX menu via the on-screen toolbar and then select the menu from the list.

Thanks, I see now for some reason my whole menu was not showing up in game..
