GSX not working in msfs 2020

I have recently installed GSX but i cannot use it in msfs 2020 because of 3 suspected reasons.

1. My first problem that I am experiencing is that i cannot open GSX in the flight simulator. What I mean by this is that when I load into an airport and i want to start the GSX , it will give me an 'could not find valid navdata at this position, services are not available' error.

2. When I want to open the GSX control panel it gives me an 'exclude folder is missing please reinstall GSX' error. I have tried to reinstall GSX but it did not work as it showed me the exact fault message again.

3. When i open the FSDT installer and click on check for update  it will seemingly start to infinitely update. I came to this conclusion because i repeatedly clicked on the check to update option for an hour and it just kept going.

I cannot replicate any of this, but of course the most important thing is you have the latest GSX installed and the update completes correctly. If the update doesn't complete, the most common cases are either firewall or antivirus interferences so:

- disable any firewall software

- add the whole "Addon Manager" folder to the antivirus EXCLUSIONS

This is a completely different matter. The GSX Control Panel is ONLY for the FSX or P3D version, it's not supposed to be used for MSFS 2020/2024, and the error message is likely related to some problems in a previous FSX/P3D install, and won't affect MSFS in any way.
