MSFS2020 GSX issues

Hey,
i just did a flight from ESGG(orbx) to TGPY and then back again in the FBW A380 and while leaving ESGG i got some performance issues and then it flew well all the way until i was on the ground on TGPY where they appeared again and thought that it must be an issue with MSFS or the airports, but while unboarding at TGPY all the sounds from GSX were gone, the passengers were jittering and the text that shows the progress of the deboarding was lagging a few minutes behind the passengers and also gsx just unloaded the pax and not the cargo weight even though it did visually, and the performance came back when i was done with GSX, so i ran the files checker in the FSDT program, a few days later i did the return flight, it went without a hitch when leaving TGPY but when on the ground at ESGG the performance issues came back and everything started acting up the same way as it did at TGPY but also noticed that the catering guy in the catering truck was out of sync with the truck and went through the roof of it while the bed was lifting as well as being out of sync with the door on the plane closing it before leaving the plane and then walked through it, however this time it actually did unload both pax and cargo both visually and weight-wise, turned of the sim after unloading and in the appdata folder GSX had created a ERR file.

whats weird is that i have never had any issues at either of these airports on the older GSX versions and whats even more weird is that about a week ago i did a flight from ESSA(also orbx) to VTSP and back again on the same version as now also with no issues.

My bad the performance issues were due to the gothenburg area, but all the other issues i mentioned still remain, regardless of airport or region, at least 70-80% of the time. the last flight i did i even noticed some vehicles not spawning correctly and the catering truck drive away without lowering the bed, when calling the lavatory truck only the driver appears until a few minutes later then the truck appears. everything fully updated, windows, drivers, MSFS and GSX. running the "check" after every flight.

All your issues sounds as if, because of too high settings and/or too much AI traffic and/or too dense airports, you have exceeded the maximum number of Simobjects in the sim, which causes objects to disappear, animations stop working and in general all kind of issues due to Simconnect not responding because of that.

The GSX Manual has a chapter dedicated to explaining all the reasons for that to be happening, and all the solution you can apply on GSX side to control its own contribution to the Simobjects limit, at Page 96, the Missing Objects paragraph.

I understand, but will that also be the cause for GSX vehicles spawning and driving like they should but for example the catering truck only lowering the bed halfway and then drives off as it should?
What i find weird is that the spawning of GSX objects has only been an issue once but the sound is always gone at the destination airport, everything works fine on the starting airport, no matter how big the airport is, how much photogrammitry or how much AI traffic, it always works. but at the same time no matter how small and remote the airport is and even with no AI traffic around the GSX sounds are gone at that destination airport but when freshly spawned in for the return flight on that same airport everything with GSX works again.

Of course, this is what I meant with "all kind of issues due to Simconnect not responding because of that", if the Simconnect API get stuck BECAUSE of having surpassed the max Simobject limit, we send the obviously proper commands to it, but the simulator just ignore them. This can also just a result of too much traffic over Simconnect, because of too many add-ons sending too many commands at the same time, so the sim cannot keep up with everything.

That's the clear proof GSX has nothing to do with this. The Simobject limit accumulates during the flight because of all the objects (not just AI planes), found inside the "reality bubble" around your airplane during the flight.
