Two issues GSX + MSFS2024

Hello,

I'd like to have little feedback on two issues I am experiencing:
- sounds from GSX are in proportion to sim-sounds very low, I made sure all sliders in GSX options and windows mixer are at the maximum, yet I can only barely hear the passengers or even the comm from the pushback truck. In comparison, BeyondATC sounds are much much louder, and this is the main issue, I can barely balance those. Lowering all, just to level out with GSX, I find counterproductive, which would basically make the noise level louder too.
- some GSX popup windows in the sim are far left on the screen, partially outside of the screen, and screens like baggage or passenger loading appear only for a second and then disappear - I have a 38" screen, with a resolution of 3840x1600

Oh and there seems to be some kind of a bug, maybe not possible to solve, when I walk through the aircraft, seated passengers will appear and disappear randomly. They will stop doing that, if I stop walking.

Are you aware of these? Is there something I am missing?

I was working on Monday, so I kinda expected to get an answer... but FSDT might be on holidays for the whole two weeks... anybody know?

I will also say that first question is most likely resolved, the boarding sounds get louder if I open the cockpit door. Not that important. Pushback is louder at Madeira now. The issues I had were at EHAM. Must check that again.
Popups are still an issue.

Oh yes, just had another weird stuff happen... at LPMA departure. After first bus arrived, the plane actually closed the door and disconnected external power automatically and did not wait for the second bus. I am in what should be considered full automatic mode with Fenix A320.
