You shouldn't assume that, just because you haven't received emails to support, your emails has "fallen on deaf ears", the emails you sent to support has been replied to, of course, with a suggestion to check the SPAM folder.
Of course, if both the purchase receipt and the replies went flagged as Spam, you got the wrong idea that we don't send emails or reply to support, when the problem is clearly your ISP or your email provider mistakenly flagging our emails as Spam.
So, again, check the Spam folder and/or use the method explained in the FAQ page of this site to retrieve a copy of your key. Or the Get your keys button in the FSDT Installer, which will open the same site linked in the FAQ page.
