GSX Pro help msfs 2024

Hi! Just bought GSX Pro a couple of days ago and since then  can't get it to work for the life of me.

So, I downloaded the FSDT Universal Installer and clicked "Activate" next to GSX Pro. Then, I clicked on the "Install" button next to it. The program did it's thing and supposedly after some time GSX was installed. But then nothing. No manual button, and the boxes next to it are greyed out and said "Not Installed". Read some things here on the forum, turned off the antivirus and tried again but nothing. The same thing again. Then tried the offline installer but again, nothing.

For context, I installed the FSDT Installer in program files (x86). But I get nothing. The install button next to GSX is still available like the previous install did not happen. It generates the two folders inside addon manager but there is nothing inside the community folder in msfs2024. Playing on the store version of msfs2024.

Can I please get some assistance here?

Your screenshot shows an installation in progress, so it's normal the "Install" button is not turned into an "Installed" button yet, it will be after the installation is completed. Which includes creating Symbolic links in the Community folder.

Which you say are not created, which of course is not normal. To create symbolic links, the installer needs admin permission, but it will automatically try to get them, so you can try running it as admin explicitly. Also, is your Windows user account of the limited type ?
