Loading GSX menu, please wait...

I was using GSX in MSFS2024 with no problems. Today, went for a flight with Fenix and I can't open the GSX main menu. It keeps the message " loading GSX menu, please wait.." If you wait long enough the message changes to " Failed to load GSX menu. Please wait, it may appear later...". Tried restarting COUATL, updating GSX but no success. Interestingly, the GSX airport services are working when using the integration with Fenix, but I can't open the menu to choose a pushback direction, for instance.

Any help appreciated.

Same issue here. Nothing's changed in my MSFS2020, except than now GSX menu fails to load in any airport with any aircraft. I tried to do what suggested in manual at page 97, I reinstalled GSX but issue's still there.

I've no more ideas at this point.

The menu works just fine in the current version. The manual has a whole chapter dedicated to all the possible reasons why the menu could get stuck on loading, with all the know solutions, Page 97.

Since you are the only one who did the right thing and posted his log, I can see the problem logged, but I can't replicate it. It usually happens when you copied the whole GSX in the Community folder instead of leaving it as a link as it should be.

Check the two gsx packages in the Community folder are links and not real folders. If they are real folders, remove them and RELINK in the installer.
