Latest GSX does not recognise refuelling from A330 (RR)

Hi all,

Just wanted to raise that the most recent GSX update does not recognise refuelling from the EFB for the A330-300 (RR) variant. Does however recognise it from the A330-300 (GE) variant. Hopefully can be patched?

Hey Virtuali,

Apologies, should have included that information sorry. It is the default inibuilds A330-300 with the RR engine option in the MSFS2024 simulator.

As mentioned the GE variant refuels all okay, just seems to be the one not recognising refueling from the EFB when prompted. Will continually send a notification asking you to refuel from the EFB, and the refueling truck remains static in position without changing.

Tried it just now, cannot replicate it. you must be sure:

- the fuel quantity you are setting in the EFB is higher than the one you had before you called GSX.

- you wait to set it after the message from GSX says to use the EFB to load the fuel.

- you should use the Instant refueling option.
