MSFS 2024 not loading with GSX PRO

Installed GSX Pro into 2024.  Start MSFS 2024 it loads I go into free flight select a plane then select an airport and a gate then select start flight and it just sits there with the spinning circle in the bottom right corner and does nothing.
If I unlink GSX PRO I can get all the way in and fly. Not sure what to do. Any help is appreciated.

it's best if you Disable ALL GSX replacement jetways in MSFS 2024, since the Navdata is not the same, so we need to update it.  You can still use GSX Airport services.

Note that, with the latest update, the installer will suggest to do that (if you have both MSFS 2020 and 2024 installed), or will do it automatically (if you only have MSFS 2024) when performing an update CHECK on GSX, or when using the Relink function.

Updated to the latest (3.3.0) and it did suggest to replace jetways and I clicked yes to do that.
Still having the same problem.

I have the same issue too.  Works with third-party like Fenix but when selecting any of the included airliners like Inibuilds, etc, spinning circle forever until I disable GSX.  Disabled all jetyways so this is not related to that particular issue.

I think I MAY figured out the issue.  For those with Simbrief, if the existing plan does not match the starting location or aircraft, the sim never loads due to the below error. 

Umberto/Joe - can you guys test and verify?

Same issue for me as well. Only to caveat is it seems to not load with any aircraft for me. Once I unlink it the sim loads the aircraft with no issues. Running the latest update as well as disabled jetways.

I have been experiencing the inability to load at airports.  I disabled all jetways as recommended.  I first noticed this at FSDT KORD using the default 737Max.  I was able to load the Max at KBUF and use GSX ground services.  I was also unable to load in at KIAD and KSFO despite repeated attempts.  I just deactivated GSX and was able to load in at KSFO and KIAD (the Flightbeam versions).   I will continue to monitor this thread to see if the problem is identified and a solution found.

OK, yah its not Simbrief - just had another endless spinning wheel even when plan and route matched...

Same issue for me, I spent hours and hours on that struggling issue 
 even  unable jetways with the last update... the sim is just locked
all is working fine when disabling GSX PRO
need to be solved by a fix urgently

Same here. Spinning wheel and nothing happens. Hopefully Umberto can find the issue and fix it soon!

You are confusing two completely different issues in the same thread here.

- MSFS 2024 crashing or freezing on the Map with GSX installed. Can only be caused by not having disabled ALL replacement jetways.

- GSX menu stuck on loading. There's a whole chapter in the manual dedicated to all known causes at all known solutions at Page 97, no use repeating it here.

but Updated to the latest (3.3.0) and it did suggest to DISABLE ALL GSX jetways

I clicked YES and CONTINUE

Still having the same ISSUE.

IT WORKS ONLY ON SMALL AIRPORTS WITH NO JETWAYS....!!

May be something  wrong with  the installer....??

I have been told that GSX works with MSFS 2024 but i am having an issue and i tried to follow all the directions online. I am flying default A321  out of default KEWR and if i start the freeflight on the runway with engines on it loads no problem.
BUT
If i try to start at a gate the flight won't load , it gets caught up in a loop with the hourglass running.
I know its not a msfs problem cause if i unlink GSX in 2024 no issues starting msfs.

Can someone help  ?

I have the same issue and pent hours to try solve it... reinstalled FS 2024, uninstalled GSX PRO, reinstalled it, nothing helped so far.

I used the last FSDT installer with GSX PRO 3.3.0 and click Yes when prompted to disable GSX jetways but it did not help/

ALTHOUGH it ONLY works ON SMALL AIRPORTS WITH NO JETWAYS

 so I suppose that GSX and Couati are linked properly to FS2024 , but it doesn't"t work on ALL  airport with jetways event after disabling the GDX replacement jetways in the installer.

I already posted  and waiting for any solution from Virtuali
