Passengers not loading Fenix A320

Hi,
since the latest Fenix update, the passengers do not load. The transport arrives with them but they stay inside and do not enter the aircraft. All the other processes are working well, catering, fuel and baggage. I have the latest GSX version. Please help.

not in my computer .
So I ask on Fenix efb for loading aircraft using the GSX option. Fuel truck arrives and fuels the aircraft. The numbers are shown on the efb. Catering truck arrives and do the job. After sounding the voice calling for boarding the luggage trucks arrives and starts the loading which figures are going up in the efb. The transport with the passengers also arrives, the voice of boarding passengers is sound the doors of the transport are opened but the passengers stay inside and do not walk to the stairs for boarding. The number in the ebf stays on 0. If you need more information please let me know.

It's been a week that I’ve been facing a serious issue where passengers aren't boarding the plane, even though other services are functioning correctly—only the passengers are affected. Please note that I've encountered this problem with both PMDG and Fenix, and I've tested it at various airports with the same results. The last test was at GMMN, Gate J14, using the PMDG 737-800

Please note that the problem occurs with both gates with jetways and without jetways them, and I've observed that the passengers do not leave the bus ( see picture ) ,I really need help with this issue. i think many user have this problems

I have also tested with PDDG 737 and 777 and the problem is the same.

I tested it again and I still cannot reproduce it, your error log seems you have an outdated GSX code, possibly due to network issues, so try the Offline installer.

Unfortunately, I am facing the same situation. I have read this thread before writing here.

I performed a clean install of the GSX,... then I tried also with offline installer, and it still happens. So, something is not running well here as we would like.

It also happens with A319 and A321. I am one more user facing this... and I have two more friends facing the same.

Hello all

After I have installed the new released version (3.2.7 – November 19th, 2024) the error stopped happening.

Everything is now running as expected.
