GSX Pro always showing Request Deboarding only

Hi, I am having an issue with GSX Pro. When I start a new flight session in any airport and open the GSX pro menu option on MSFS, I only see Request Deboarding option. Do not see Request Boarding at all. if I select Request Deboarding, then passengers and crew members start to deboard and then I only see Deboarding Complete. Need some help please. I have attached a screenshot for reference. I currently have the latest 3.2.6 installed and using latest PMDG 777.

okay iam lost  here  in  your  screen  shot  i see  everything  that suppose  to be  there  request boarding  is  there

Check your display settings since it sounds like you're only seeing part of the screen for some reason. I'm seeing it just fine on my end looking at your screenshot.
