Download files cancelled

At one point, when I was trying to delete and cancel GSX, I received three notices as to wanting to cancel downloads of Small Files, Airport Services, and Jetways Detailed.  i said yes.  Later, I reinstalled and updated GSX, I receive notices about my decision to update those files.  I have no options to turn those back on.  Now, when I update, I am notified that I made the decision not to update those files and, I assume, they don't get updated.  How do I reverse that decision?  Is it necessary?  Thanks.

Those files are always downloaded and, in general, your decision to cancel is never stored anywhere.

If you haven't canceled a download, the message comes because either your connection is too slow, or an antivirus or firewall is blocking the download, so the downloads timeouts .
