Trial version problems install

Hello
i would like to install a trial version of gsx pro in order to get an idea of one of the 3 demo airports before purchasing.
during the installation I validate with an empty license, the installation starts, then at the end it proposes me an update and I turn in circles as on the image.
can you help me

You can't install GSX with an empty license.

To install in Trial, you must have at least one active license for another FSDT airport, that will allow you to install GSX in Trial mode, and it will work on THAT single FSDT airport + 3 other Trial airports (LIMC, KSFO and EDDM), so you can have an idea how it works on other airports.
