pushback not working for TFDI MD-11 at flytampa EHAM

Whenever I want to attach the pushback tug in the TFDI MD-11 at flytampa's EHAM airport, couatl stops working and gives me following error:

Please clarify if:

- The problem happens only at that airport and only using that specific airplane (meaning, another airplane on another airport works)

OR

- The problem happens on that airport, regardless of the airplane used.

OR

- The problem happens on that airport, regardless of the airport.

The problem seems to appear only at that specific airport + airplane combination. On another airport, I am able to push back in the MD-11. Using another aircraft (like the JF F28), pushback works at flytampa EHAM.

After multiple tries, the issue seems to be specific to the MD-11, it happens at multiple airports.
