Just bought GSX PRO, and passenger dissappearing in the plane.
« on: October 03, 2024, 07:06:50 pm »
Hi, what's up? I'm a new GSX Pro user. I made the purchase yesterday, because among other things, I'm really excited to see the passengers sitting on the plane.

When I started boarding, the passengers enter through the jetway, but when they get on the plane and take their seats: they disappear.

I've visited google and forums: they say to have the fasten seat belts and chime switched off. I've done it and there's no change.

Then I reinstalled all gsx.
Then I reinstalled and updated gs again.
No change.
I want to enjoy the purchased product.
My plane is a 737 pmdg.
Can you help me? Thanks.

In the PMDG, you must keep the chime OFF.

Could be a livery issue. Which PMDG you have? If it’s the 777, you must keep cockpit door open.

Hello again.
Passengers do enter on the plane but, after they walk in the corridor: they dissappear.
main door is open. "Seat belts" sign is off and chime.

updated three times.

My PMDG is a 737. I also changed from a livery to the main one (PMDG livery).

¿?

i need support.

Just keep in mind everyone who's responded to you so far is just another customer, so we can only do so much to help until Umberto responds.

Eureka!
I finally discovered what happened: you need to set 0 passengers ("empty") on the fs actions : payload of the PMDG 737.
the problem came when loading the simbrief flightplan on the MCDU. They ask you to set also the fuel and pax that comes from simbrief. So, i dont set them there...just load the flightplan and put "empty".
so, i suppose that gsx found that there was not another bunch of passengers on the plane. :)

thanks to all customers that supported me!:)

i hoe this can also help to others.

bye!
