In case anyone is wondering why the FBW A20NX rear passenger isn't being opened and used, it seems to be due to whether the door is placed at the number 3 or 4 position in the Customize Airplane menu. Changing its location from passenger door 3 (as it is by default using internal or developer provided data) to passenger door 4 lets it be used by stairs and passengers.
