With active sky installed I open the GSX menu and select pushback it seems to start except the ramp worked does not walk over to insert pin, he has vanished. It also doesnt ask me which provider for push, ie delta, sun country, etc....I also cannot request ramp worker when arriving. When I remove Active sky the problem is solved....So it seems this is the problem, any solutions
