GSX Pro not starting with MSFS2020

Hi. Since 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 and 3.1.2, I find that GSX Pro is greyed out in the top menu, and requires a click to start the program.
This only started happening around the update 3.1.0, or a very similar time.
Am I missing a setting somewhere, or is there a fix.
Just as an edit ... I do NOT have any aircraft that can have passangers visible in the cabin,
A fairly simple standard installation, kept up to date.
Another edit ... if I untick the Leeds...Bradford...Trees file from the Addon Linker, then the large pause (over 2 minutes) goes away, and GSX Pro starts automatically and correctly

This is weird, is this a free addon ? If yes, do you have a download link ?

The File is on the Simmarket site.
Labelled LEEDS BRADFORD TREES, by TABURET for MSFS.
If enabled, causes a LONG pause and stops GSX Pro from starting.

Strange, it seems it was a free product, but it has been disabled on Simmarket.
