You are not saying which airplane you use. In the Fenix, for example, the airplane own code controls GSX door automations.
But in general no, you can't disable it, when they are controlled by GSX. In addition to that, the Main Exit is NOT automated by GSX, on gates with Jetways, and you can't disable that either, because it's done by the sim itself.
