FSDT Live Update: Couatl_Updater2.exe - Invalid installation copy

Hi,

Since a few months, on startup of GSX or the FSDT Live Updater, the error (attachment) comes up. The attachment is in dutch, but translated: C:/Windows/System32/Windows.UI.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try reinstalling the program using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0x000012f.

Also, when installing of updating GSX via the Live Update, this message comes up multiple times. I made a video to demonstrate the problem:

How can I resolve this problem? Thank a lot.

The problem doesn't have anything to do with GSX or our installer. That file is not part of our installer, and we don't install anything in C:/Windows/System32 either.

Since nobody ever reported this, a quick internet search with that error code, suggested it might be a corrupted Windows file, possibly happened during an update:

Again, I repeat and confirm that file is not part of our installer, it's not updated/replaced or contained in it.
