Error When Trying TO installer the Installer

Hi everyone. Not sure whats going on but when I try and install the installer I get this message. Can anyone assist??

I got the same error, it seems it is being flagged by my Anti-virus and firewall from what I can tell and some behaviors seem to be getting flagged by security engines when I check it on VirusTotal. Hopefully, this is something that can be worked out quickly.

I uninstalled addon manager, and deleted the folder and that seemed to work. However there is no manual for GSX.
