When you select free flight, You click on the date and time button,select July 4th(any year) for the time 10:00 PM(although a few minutes earlier is not a bad idea and wait for the show to start).
It works not only in Las Vegas, Chicago,New York City,Washington D.C.,Miami etc. :)

Actually they work any night around the time Pup4ord stated. And thanks for telling about the other locations I didnt know that. ;D
