Yeah, that cargo issue persists a very long time now and was never fixed...

The amount of ULDs doesn't match the amount of cargo to be loaded.

What do you mean with "doesn't match" ? The number of ULD carts can only change from 1 to 3 (1 to 5 in Cargo airplanes), it has been like this since GSX ever came out.
