latest update, no pmdg for seated passengers

Hello,

I have put the last update, but in the configuration part, only the fenix appears, no pmdg 737 or 777, can you help me please?

I just updated GSX, and the two other boxes to tick (737 and 777) just took a minute or so to populate on the screen.  Then I could tick them.  However, when I tested the pax boarding on the 777, they boarded alright but disappeared before being seated, so the a/c was empty

I restarted it today (the next day) and the pmdg appeared

Have you opened the cockpit door in the 777?

Have you set the seatbelts sign or the no smoking sign to off in the 737?

Just updating is not enough. Seated passengers are an opt-in feature, so by default they are not enabled. You do that by entering the GSX Pro Config page in the FSDT Installer, and enabled all supported airplanes you have installed there.

Also explained in the GSX Manual, Page 10, and also explained in the Video presentation for Seated Passengers.

Alright, and please note, the cockpit door must be opened to see passengers ONLY when you are in a Virtual Cockpit camera. If you are in External or Showcase view, they'll always show, no matter the cockpit door status.
