PMDG Boeing 747-400 Loading Issue

I'm having a bit of an oddity that I can't quite figure out when it comes to the loading of the PMDG Boeing 747-400. It seems that no matter what I try to do, I end up with only two container carts. I've attached the Couatl.log files for both tests. In the custom payload, I've set the passenger count to 314 as would be standard for my particular airplane configuration. The log shows that two out of five containers are to be used based on a loading ratio of 24.53%. Additionally, it is showing the payload weight as 108630/442907 pounds. In the full payload, I set the maximum payload that the PMDG Boeing 747-400 will allow me to use, which gives a passenger count of 420. The log shows that two out of five containers are to be used based on a loading ratio of 33.46%. In this case, it's showing the payload weight as 148412/443489 pounds. My question is where are the latter two values coming from, and if it's supposed to be a maximum value, why is it not consistent. If I've set the payload to 100% and the payload weight is 148,412 pounds, should the maximum not also be 148,412 pounds rather than 443,489 pounds. Also, why is it showing two different maximum values for the same airplane. Is there a way to set the maximum number of passengers somewhere. I don't use SimBrief.

Just going to add that I tried this with the Boeing 747-400ERF, and it's showing a loading ratio of 48.69% with a payload of 248,600 out of 510,595 pounds. I'm not sure where the 510,595 pounds comes from since the maximum payload a Boeing 747-400ERF can carry is actually 248,600 pounds.

In the latest update, this shouldn't happen anymore, because the max payload is now calculated using the planned, fuel, not the actual fuel on board.

I'll have a look when I get the chance, but I'd be curious as to know where it would get the planned fuel from if I'm not using SimBrief.

I just had a look, and when I have 40,000 pounds of fuel on board, it is saying the payload is 108,630 pounds out of 442,907 pounds. When I have maximum fuel, it's saying the payload is 106,630 pounds out of 99,939 pounds. In both cases, it's setting only one cargo container because it says "Small or BBJ detected", which shouldn't be the case since it's a Boeing 747-400. As I said, I don't use SimBrief, so I'm not sure how it would know the planned fuel.

You can't, you must use Simbrief, otherwise the numbers will be off.

That's going to be an interesting problem, then, since I already use PFPX to do my flight planning.
