No catering because of GSX not recognizing the door status.

ok if I am not the only one to have this problem that reassures me, we will wait for a correction and in the meantime I will deactivate the catering at this door

- Cargo_AFT in loading cargo
- Gate 2L in boarding with stair

fenix has rename exit, service and cargo

in gsx.cfg
[exit4] (2L) rename INTERACTIVE POINT OPEN:2 by INTERACTIVE POINT OPEN:3
[service 1] (1R) rename INTERACTIVE POINT OPEN:1 by INTERACTIVE POINT OPEN:4
[service 2] (2R) rename INTERACTIVE POINT OPEN:3 by INTERACTIVE POINT OPEN:7
[cargo 1] (FWD Cargo) rename INTERACTIVE POINT OPEN:5 by INTERACTIVE POINT OPEN:8
[cargo 2] (AFT Cargo) rename INTERACTIVE POINT OPEN:4 by INTERACTIVE POINT OPEN:9
