I contacted support@virtualisoftware.com but I haven't received reply to my email yet.
Is there a average wait time for support?

First, you posted in the wrong section on the forum, so I almost didn't see it. Second, be sure to check your spam to see if a response didn't end up there.

You contacted support yesterday, a 4:41 AM so yes, it's usually customary to wait AT LEAST 24 *business* hours ( that is, taking into account Timezones as well ), before complaining you haven't been replied to.
