The 1.3 installer has been updated in this way:
- Before doing anything, your DLL.XML file is first validated using the same routine IE uses (MSXML)
- If the validation fails, it will print an error message (the one you are seeing), and it will NOT TOUCH your orignal DLL.XML
This means: your DLL.XML was already invalid *before* running our installer, the installer is not "doing" anything at this time, it simply doesn't dare to touch an already corrupted DLL.XML
Since a corrupted DLL.XML will be just like as having no DLL.XML at all, you might probably fix the issue yourself, by simply removing it, and run the installer again. When NO DLL.XML file is present, the installer will simply create a new one, that is guaranteed to be correct.
I suggest, instead of deleting it, move it to a different folder, so you still have a backup. I might be interested seeing your file, send it by email, the address is on the "Contact Us" page.
