I started this day with two issues. Please help solve both.
1) Unable to update GSX PRO using FSDT Live Update with real-time protection turned off. Encounter the “Unhandled exception…” several times sometimes after a few seconds and once after several minutes almost finished.
2) Now I have a bigger problem. I thought it was best to download and install a current version of FSDT_Universal_Installer. After installing and startup, I don’t see GSX PRO listed in the FSDT Universal Installer window. Instead I see “Get your keys” at the bottom of the window, thus entered Key and Computer ID, got my Computer Key, and get the following info:
“You have successfully activated your license key. Copy the generated Computer Key above and enter it in the corresponding field in the License Wizard.”
Where’s the “License Wizard” and how do I get there? At this point I’m lost and need help retrieving access to GSX PRO.
