Airport and City Texture graphics FAIL!

Ok, I have a file for Las Vegas stip from here http://www.flightsim.com/zview.php?cm=list&fid=70209 and I have Las Vagas FSdreamteam. And I have noticed when I land at the airport after a long flight, the graphics are horrible! They are blurry and weak, all threw the city, and when I zoom out, they get even worse. This change in graphics goes away and goes to full graphics only when the screen is away from the airport.


What is going on?
