This is more of a simulator limitation rather than a GSX limitation as far as I'm aware. With P3D, the only way you could get multiple jetways to work was by using SODE jetways, but as far as I know, SODE doesn't work with MSFS.

A substantial subset of SODE's functionality is already provided in the MSFS SDK and one day SODE may be obsolete in terms of offered functionality. The only thing missing currently in MSFS that SODE is able to do, is a jetway system with multiple jetways.
