It's a very simplified procedure for Cattaneo's F-14 so I'm not sure what you need to know (or maybe I miss something).

You set park brake, turn on battery, exterior lights and avionics.
There is no APU, no bleed air.
So you start engine one by open the inlet ramp switch (that's a bug in Cattaneo's F-14), when N1 reaches 20% you open the fuel valve for engine one and reset the inlet ramp switch. Repeat the same for engine 2. When both of the engines are running turn on the generators. That's it and now just set the trim and the flaps as required.

With the Tomcat aside the launch bar is there any other switches required for hooking up to the cat as I found in the F-14D mission that it will hook up but won't launch and the launch bar is way too high for the shuttle to hook up.

Just found there is a bug in this awesome mission the Cat won't launch if you push Shift space so there is a bug somewhere too bad its the most imersive mission for FSX.

Thanks for the pm for some reason the Tomcat will hook up to the CAT but shift space won't activate the launch.
