« on: March 09, 2024, 06:50:33 pm »
Hi,
it is possible to modify the time that the GSX messages (like the one in attached screenshot) stay on screen ?

Thank you

Check the GSX settings. I think it might be under timers or something, but I do believe such a function exists.

I looked in the settings but couldn't find anything.

I'll try to look if there is a config file that can contain something like this.

The fact is that the messages do not last long and escape if a user is busy with other operations.

Anyway thanks

Not really possible, every message has a timeout that is a function of both its length but also the context where it's used. And there's a message queue so, it's possible other messages might eventually have taken precedence over it.

It would be useful if you would indicate which ones you always find too short to be readable.
