Why the fuel truck with pmdg 737 just parking near the aircraft and start refuelling without animation? Connect pipe...nothing.
There is some solution for have the same animation like A320 ?

Well a quick search could have answered this for you, but here goes.  The wings on the 737 are lower to the ground than the A320.  The current fuel trucks don't fit.

Quoting from the manual, Page 18, where Refueling is explained:

Quote
IMPORTANT
There’s a minimum height the Fuel Truck with an extending platform can use, which is about 3.00 meters from ground for the Tanker and 3.40 for the Hydrant. If the airplane refuel point is lower than this value, a different vehicle will be called, one without a raising platform or a crew with a cable animation.

And the Sticky thread in the forum about what to expect in the next updates:

New Fueling vehicles for airplanes with lower wings like the 737 or the MD80

There will be a completely new animation, with the refueling crew using the Fuel cable roller to connect to the airplane refueling point, not using a raised platform, but either a small ladder, or just by standing if the wing is low enough. Both Fuel Hydrants and Fuel Tankers will be updated with this new animation.

Any update on this?

Appears still seeing the usual long fuel truck without any animations.

Cheers

There is a work-around which helped me in the meantime.
See topic in forum:
Fsdreamteam forum>Products Support>GSX Support MSFS and the thread reference being "Refueling does not start", and therein
my last message in that thread from 8th January.
