Board crew before catering and refueling

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if there is a way to board crew before catering : I mean, since I am preparing the cockpit and I am supposed to be the pilot, it would be more realistic if I could board the crew directly, request catering, refueling... and then board the passengers.

doesnt  that happen  already  the  crew  board   first  since  it  ask  you  if  you want  to board  crew  or  not   when  you select  boarding  first
