Problem with customize STOP and Parking position (rookie user)

Hello everyone, i apologize if I am asking something that may have been already asked.
I am trying to personalize the PARKING and STOP in one airport.
I have followed step by step various tutorial and check against the FSDT manual, I move the Parking and Stop in the desiderd spot.
Reboot the simulator but the spawn remain exactly in the default of MSFS 2020.
Where do I make a mistake?

Steps:
1)Open GSX editor
2)Select "Customize Parking" button
3)Customize "Parking" position (move the airplane)
4)Customize "Marshall" position
5)Customize "Stop" position (move the airplane)
6)Cutomize "Vehicles" Position ....
Exit from GSX Editor

Max, to be clear, you loaded the flight at the gate? What happens if you start from the runway, then open the GSX menu and teleport to the gate.

Hi Kevin, thanks for the support.
If i load the flight at the gate, my airplane would not have customize stop/parking.
If i start from runway and teleport at the gate, my airplane would have a perfect parking/stop.

I apologize for my question but it is all new for me!

The problem in this case is that when you load the flight at the gate, it's reading the airport's AFCAD file, not GSX. So as you noticed, if you start from the runway and teleport to the gate, the airplane is  where it should be. That is normal.

Unless you go and edit the airport's AFCAD file specifically to fix the parking spot, there's not much else you'd be able to do since selecting the starting position within the simulator would be reading the airport's AFCAD file rather than using GSX to do it.
