Language fault on start and restart of couatl

Hi

I get this every time the couatl engine starts and restarts.

Very annoying.

Nobody ever reported this before, is that an unusual locale for Norway?

In any case, you can try this, in the Windows regional setting, set the option "Language used for non-Unicode applications" to English.
