I don't know if it's GSX PRO or MSFS which uses these packages but the result is that everything works again
GSX Pro doesn't use these, it uses the 2017 version. However, it's possible that another application you have installed does use them, and it's possible the two runtimes running together would cause issues like that, even if it's in theory it shouldn't happen.
