GSX having major refueling truck issue

when calling boarding as normal and then the refueling truck right after, the refueling truck is requested but never shows up even after 15 minutes. this needs to be fixed. if the truck is called in beforehand, it is fine. this is happening on the pmdg 777-300er profile from flightsim.to

I noticed the same issue with the Flightsim.to profile.

Yea the fuel truck never shows up for me either. I have to restart coutul or however its spelled to be able to pushback from the gate. Idk if this is a PMDG issue or GSX. Tried to make a post on their forum but heaven forbid someone say something negative about them on there. Idk why they just HAD to make their own version of GSX when noone will use it.

If you call the Fuel truck during or after Boarding, it will never arrive until all boarding (passengers and cargo) is completed.
