I got tired of constantly bringing up the menu and finding the location over and over..now I choose "just warp me there". Been this way for awhile, what you asked about.

“Show me this spot” Lasting Time

This slider controls for how much time the pointer used by the “Show me this Spot” feature will last on screen after selecting it. It defaults to 15 seconds, and can be set from 5 to 30 seconds. The last notch of the slider will have the pointer constantly on screen, until you reach in the vicinity (100 mt.) of the destination.
