Engines off and no GSX service

Lately, I start up MSFS at an airport gate, (KORD) WITH MY 737 800 and GSX keeps telling me that I have to turn off my engines for service, They are off!  The only way I can continue is to restart coutl.  After I end my flight and land, taxi to the gate, turn off the engines and request service, same thing.  She keeps telling me I have to shut the engines off for service.   Whats wrong?

Maybe is not telling the engines are off, but the parking brakes aren't on and, the most common thing user forget, is set either the PMDG parking brakes or the Wheel chocks.
