GSX PRO EDITOR ISSUE

 I use the msfs2020 delux version and GSX PRO

When I join the sim and open up the airport editor in GSX pro, nothing would appear.

The editor doesn't show any gates, and also doesn't let me do anything on every airport i have tried.

Other features in gsx work fine though. msfs2020 and Gsx Pro are lastest version

how to fix this?

Is your Windows set to an Asian language ? If yes, this has been discussed before here:

In the Windows regional setting, set the option "Language used for non-Unicode applications" to English.
